With a 250,000 cd rating, the SUB400LEP produces a focused beam visible from almost 1 km on land at night. Underwater, expect roughly 3× the effective range of a standard dive torch with the same lumen rating.
Razor-tight 2° beam
The beam angle is just 2 degrees — essentially parallel — with virtually no light spill at the edges. This makes it ideal for:
- Long-distance signalling between dive teams
- Pinpoint pointing during dive briefings or guided dives
- Spotting critters in deep crevices and overhangs
- Blackwater diving — illuminating subjects without lighting up the water column
- Tech diving where a high-throw work light is essential
Compact, intuitive, dive-ready
At only 130 mm long and 196 g (with battery, on land), the SUB400LEP slips easily into a BCD pocket. The smooth magnetic ring switch is easy to operate one-handed, even with thick gloves. Rated to 100 m depth for technical diving.
USB-C rechargeable battery — 2 hours runtime
The included 21700 lithium battery delivers up to 2 hours of continuous use and charges directly via its built-in USB-C port. No proprietary docks or chargers required.
